Even at the table, we care about everything being good and healthy. That is why we are a true bio hotel in Trentino and the ingredients in our dishes are strictly local and organic. We value the local gastronomic tradition and we love to spread the word about it through our recipes, prepared with attention to every detail.
L’Osteria dei Tòni
We called our osteria Tòni, Antonio, like our ancestor. Because the past is culture, it is tradition and we at Bio Hotel Brusago love to bring it back to life in the dishes our guests enjoy every day, all taken from traditional Trentino cuisine.
At lunch you can choose from no fewer than 5 menus, one of which uses only local produce. In the summer, we use the vegetables picked from our garden. You can’t get closer than that!
Dinner is always based on typical dishes, with a choice of starters such as canederli dumplings and main courses like sliced venison with a blueberry sauce. Even our wines are among the best the local area has to offer: the “red” labels are produced extremely close by, while the “blue” labels come from local organic production.
On request, we also prepare dishes for coeliacs and those suffering from food intolerances.
L’Osteria dei Tòni is also open to non-residents by reservation, for lunch and dinner.
