In the restaurant at the Bio Hotel Brusago you can sample the typical aromas and flavours of the local area. We take special care preparing every dish paying particular attention to what is good and healthy for us as well as nature: the ingredients in our cuisine are often organic and zero km, purchased from producers that follow the same philosophy as we do. Only this way we can guarantee you a cuisine that is rich in aromas and flavours, healthy, refined and with low environmental impact.

| gallery | Breakfast, your well-being awakeningAt the Bio Hotel Brusago the day starts in the best way: in the morning when you enter the breakfast room you are met by a colourful and fragrant buffet that seems to invite you to try a bit of everything! A selection of local Trentino cold cuts and cheeses, an organic corner with “millefiori bio” cereals and honey from a nearby village, as well as of course various types of fragrant fresh local bread, a selection of warm croissants, mostarda and homemade tarts, yogurt, fresh fruit and an area with centrifuges and freshly squeezed juices, fruit juices, herbal teas and coffee. Everything has been designed to transmit energy, well-being and pleasure for the palate from the early hours of the morning! Attention to detail is something you cannot touch but you can certainly feel the care we take every day in saying good morning! |
Osteria dei TòniWe called the osteria “Tòni”, short for Antonio, just like our predecessor. We believe that the past is culture and tradition: in our restaurant we love to guide you on a discovery of local recipes, bringing them back to life in typical Trentino dishes that have been revisited and prepared right down to the smallest details.
Lunch and dinner are accompanied by the best Trentino wines: the “red” labels are zero km while the “light blue” ones are from a local organic producer. On request we also prepare dishes for celiacs and those with food intolerances. |
